Roberto Guerra

Owner, Master VA HVAC

 

Roberto Guerra is the Primary Owner of C & R HVAC Services, LLC. He has been in the HVAC field since 1991 when he first began working in HVAC system installation team at United Air Temp in Lorton, VA. He then moved on to become manager of the HVAC department. Then in 2007 he started his own HVAC company but with the economic recession of 2008 he was forced to close his business down and seek employment elsewhere. In 2008 he began working with Michael & Son Services in the HVAC system installation team. Now in 2015 he has undertaken the responsibilities of a business once again and this time he plans to go all in. 

 

Roberto is a Master VA HVAC Contractor and has 24 years of experience working in the HVAC industry. During his time working and gaining the experience with other HVAC companies in the area his ultimate desire was to operate his own business once again. Now in his second round owning a business he is ready to help and serve Woodbridge and all of Northern VA with expertise and mastery of the HVAC industry.

 

Christopher Guerra

Owner, IT Director, B.S. Applied IT

 

Christopher Guerra is Secondary Owner of C & R HVAC Services, LLC. and also serves as the IT Director of the Company. Over the past 5 years, he has been exposed to and has dealt with various IT business problems involving cost, schedule, and performance. He also has been instrumental in the organization of the Company by providing and laying out all of the needed technology that has established the Company and will continue to help the Company operate and serve our customers in a more efficient manner.

 

Christopher is a graduate of George Mason University and is now working on obtaining professional IT certifications. He is the only son of Roberto Guerra and together they have teamed up to oversee and manage the Company. Christopher is working on his HVAC experience as well.
